Offered here is a cabochon of Willow Creek jasper, from Idaho. This outstanding porcelain-like material, dubbed the queen of jaspers, is becoming increasingly hard to come by these days, particularly in the top quality everyone desires. This one features an artfully composed abstract pattern in green and yellow pastels with a blush of pink here and there. Some who've seen this cab say the pattern made them think of a head of lettuce, viewed up close, and I suppose there is a resemblance... If you like this one, grab it! It has a well rounded dome of 6.5mm, a versatile designer drop shape, and a fine glassy polish both front and back.
