Regency rose plume agate cab ~
Offered here is a colorfully gorgeous cabochon of regency rose plume agate, from the famous digs in eastern Oregon. This collectible stone was cut from some old stock I've had stashed away for years, and I must say it's MUCH rosier than anything I've seen mined more recently. I love this old stuff! This beauty is jam-packed with ornate plumage in coral, pink, gold, dusty rose, and cream, with plenty of fancy lacy edging. The background agate is nicely translucent, so the plumes seem suspended within. This cab has a nicely rounded dome of 5mm, a 'flame' shape, and a fine glassy polish both front and back.
