Chrysoprase cab ~
Offered here is a large, deluxe cabochon of Australian chrysoprase from a newly discovered find near Yerilla, Australia. Like the old Marlboro material, it's a gemmy chalcedony colored by the presence of nickel in beautiful minty green that positively GLOWS. This particular example is wonderfully translucent as a whole, with faint clouds of a paler green, and more translucent threads of a darder green adding much to the visual interest. This substantial beauty has a high rounded dome of 6.5mm, a graceful designer shape that's sure to help get your creative juices flowing, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
