Botswana agate cab ~
Offered here is a nicely marked cabochon of Botswana agate, from Africa. As a youngster, my collection included hundreds of outstanding Botswana agate nodules, and every one was unique in some way; sure wish I had them all now! This example has an interesting almond eye composed of concentric white and beige bands. Its beauty may be on the subtle side, colorwise, but I think you'll be pleased. It has a low rounded dome of 5mm, a crisp designer shape, and it is polished to a glassy brilliance both front and back.
