Willow Creek jasper cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of Willow Creek jasper, from Idaho. This treasured porcelain-like material is becoming increasingly hard to come by these days, particularly in the top quality everyone desires. This one is a mix of mauve, pink and rich mocha browns, in bold patches of light and dark. There are lightning strokes, squiggly lines and plenty more. Please note, there are NO cracks or other blemishes present, it's all pattern, topped off with a gleaming glass slick finish. One teensy void on the backside is all that keeps it from perfection. This one will be impressive no matter how simple the setting. It has a high rounded dome of 7mm, and a deeply curved designer shape, polished front and back.
