Regency rose plume agate cab ~
Offered here is a colorfully gorgeous cabochon of regency rose plume agate, from the famous digs in eastern Oregon. This collectible stone was cut from some old stock I've had tucked away for years, and I must say it's MUCH rosier than anything I've seen mined more recently. I love this old stuff! This busy beauty is loaded with ornate plumage in bright coral pinks, deep rose, gold, cream and white, with fancy lacy edging and tiny tubes. The background is nicely translucent, which adds a dimension of depth. This cab has a well rounded dome of 6mm, a crisp shape, and a fine glassy polish both front and back.
