Chrysoprase cab ~
Offered here is a remarkable cabochon of Australian chrysoprase from a newly discovered find near Yerilla, Australia. Like the old Marlboro material, it's a gemmy chalcedony colored by the presence of nickel, giving it a beautiful lime green that positively GLOWS. This particular example has puffy clouds shot through with webs of translucent agate. Simply gorgeous! This substantial beauty has a high rounded dome of 6mm, a crisp desgner 'spear' shape, and a super glassy polish both front and back.
