Offered here is an interesting cabochon of the new Royal Sahara jasper, recently found in the North African Sahara desert. This amazing porcelain material has a remarkably exotic pattern, and it's oddly scenic, like looking out the opening of a cave. There are ribbons of rich earthy tones, a core of ochre showing a single orb, and unusual olive green overtones surrounding it in waves. Design something special around this one and you'll see, this stuff is pure magic. This stone has a nicely rounded dome of 5mm, and a designer 'paisley' shape that's smoothly polished both front and back.
