Deschutes jasper cab ~
Offered here is a splendid cab of Deschutes jasper, from Oregon. This stone is a rare opalized example, making the usual browns and tans especially creamy and rich. Viewed with a bit of imagination, the pattern is rather scenic, resembling Arizona's sandstone spires and arches. A scattering of little jet black dendrites serve nicely as foliage. The cab has a well rounded dome of 5mm, a versatile designer shape, and a slick glassy polish both front and back.
