Tigereye cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of picture tigereye, which hails from Africa. This fun and unusual material has ribbony rows of dancing golden yellow chatoyance alternating with ochre jasper, with the extra added bonus of dark silver flecks of hematite running through it. The contrast is a really nice twist on the classic old favorite tigereye. The stone has a high rounded dome of 6mm, a crisp designer shape, and a great glassy polish both front and back.
