Royal Sahara jasper cab ~
Offered here is an intriguing cabochon of the new Royal Sahara jasper, harvested in the North African Sahara desert. This example has a trippy concentric pattern that resembles the view inside of a cave, or a looking down a hole in the earth, with subtle shadings of rich earthy browns, varying shades of creamy ochres and tans, and several highlights of blue-gray. If you haven't yet experienced RSJ for yourself, try some in your next creation and you'll see, this stuff is magical! This stone has a well rounded dome of 5mm, a versatile shape, and it is polished both front and back.
