Graveyard plume agate cab ~
Offered here is an unusual cabochon of the classic favorite Graveyard plume agate, grand old stock from eastern Oregon. This example has a colorful array of mossy tendrils in pink, apricot, yellow and rose, with glittery flecks of grayish metallic marcasite. The background agate is very clear, which adds a fascinating dimension of depth, and some areas show an almost opalescent quality. This stone has a low rounded dome, a gracefully curved designer shape, and a brilliantly glassy polish both front and back.
