Ocean jasper cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of ocean jasper, from Madagascar. This one's of the agate variety, showing a nice gemmy translucence, my favorite kind. It's a well patterned stone, with apricot bullseyes afloat in a background of palest pastel peach and cream gel. It'll make a beautifully unique item of jewelry, easy as can be. The cab has a low but nicely rounded dome of 5.5mm, and it is polished to a glassy brilliance both front and back.
