Australian lace agate cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of lace agate, from Australia. I guess you could call it the Down Under version of crazy lace, sort of. -ahem- This cab's a lovely example, though the pattern is subtle, it does have many fine fortification bands, bullseyes, orbs, and even patches of crystalline quartz, all in shades of burnt yellow to golden yellow-orange. The stone has a high rounded dome of 6mm, a crisp symmetrical shape, and a fine glassy polish both front and back.
