Chrysocolla cab ~
Offered here is a vivid cabochon of chrysocolla and malachite, from Arizona. This fabulous old material is 100 percent natural, a delight to work with, and more sought after than ever. It features brilliant light and dark blues to blue-greens, interspersed with shimmery chatoyant malachite. I have to say this stone is much MUCH prettier than these photos illustrate, and I fully expect that whomever buys it will immediately be struck by the intense cerulean blue color. The stone has a high rounded dome of 6mm, a crisp designer shape, and despite a very slight bit of waviness on the surface, it took a great glossy polish front and back.
