Petrified wood cab ~
Offered here is a unique cabochon of what I was told is a petrified wood. No one knows its location of origin for sure, but I'd say Madagascar if I had to hazard a guess. What I do know is that it certainly is colorful, and it has tiny flecks of confetti-like figures between two rows of rings. There are a few teensy pinpoint voids to note, but I doubt anyone will find that distracting. This cab has a nicely rounded dome of 5mm, a crisp yet graceful shape, and a great glassy polish both front and back.
