Botswana agate cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of Botswana agate, from Africa. This stone has a dramatic pattern of contrasting bands in cool shades of blue-gray and white agate, and countless shades between. There's a nice touch of parallax in the banding, and some interesting lacy edging too, a real keeper! I think it'll certainly 'speak' well in your jewelry creations, whatever your plans for it, in the fanciest or simplest of settings. The cab has a well rounded dome of 5.5mm, a designer 'flame' shape, and it is polished to a glassy brilliance both front and back.
