Montana agate cab ~
Offered here is a highly collectible designer cabochon of Montana agate, cut from rough we 'found' in a Montana rockshop last year. heh This unique stone boasts an impressive display of unusually fancy bullseyes, each of which has at least a couple rings within. I think the orbs very much resemble sunspots! The background agate is highly translucent, with a somewhat opalescent look to it that I really like. And it's even more amazing backlit! There is also a cloudy white band running diagonally behind the dendrites that helps to show them off nicely. The cab has a well rounded dome of 4+mm, and a brilliantly glassy polish both front and back.
