Royal Aztec lace agate cab ~
Offered here is a cabochon of royal Aztec lace agate, from Mexico. Rough material of this quality has become somewhat hard to find these days, particularly with this appealing color and unusual patterning. This cab features lacy bands, eyes, tubes and swirls of subtlety, lilac on lavender, delicately beautiful. It is also nicely translucent, and shows at least three sealed crystalline 'cores'. Wow. -smile- It has a very high rounded dome, a bold shape, and a slick glassy polish both front and back.
