Here we have a cabochon of top quality ocean jasper. This fascinating material comes from Madagascar, harvested from the ocean waters near the shore at low tide. This stone features a spray of ornate bullseyes in shades of yellow and lime, against a contrasting background of muted forest green. The cab has a high rounded dome, a designer 'flame' shape, and a fine glassy polish both front and back.
