Red tigereye cab ~
Offere here is a cabochon of red picture tigereye, from Africa. This gorgeous stone features deep red silky chatoyance, with big bold bands of hematite cutting through the stone. The gleam in this one is really dramatic, moreso than the photos show, and the shifting color contrasts nicely with the dark silvery metalics. It's an eye-catcher, for sure! The cab has a very high rounded dome of 8mm, and a smooth glassy polish both front and back.
